Lo Ying Ki is a UX researcher with a passion in the domain of cognitive psychology and human-computer interaction. He aims to bring objective analysis to better user experience, and ultimately improve the life of humans by helping them spend less time on technology and more time on the more important things in life. He has substantial experience with the eye-tracking research methodology during the course of his undergraduate studies and internship stint at Institute for Infocomm Research (I²R), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). Currently at Objective Experience Singapore, Ying Ki heads the curriculum design for the various eye-tracking workshops and training focused on guiding academic and UX researchers on how to incorporate the range of Tobii Pro products (X2-30, X2-60, Glasses 2, Tobii Studio, and Glasses Analyzer) into their research toolkits.
Ying Ki holds an Honours Degree of Social Sciences (Psychology) from National University of Singapore, and will be pursuing his Masters in Human Factors in the near future.

Edwin Yap has served as Vice President for ESIS Asia Pacific Pte Ltd since early 2006 and Director for ESIS Academy Pte Ltd since 2012. Edwin is currently leading an Asia Pacific team consisting of risk consultants, auditors, environmentalists and industry hygienists in ESIS.
Edwin began his career as a safety engineer in the metalworking Industry in 1992, working his humble way up as Corporate Senior Safety Program Manager for a top MNC company. During his previous employer, he has implemented various ergonomic/lean based projects and core specializes in Behavioral-Based Ergonomics for electronic industry. Besides his current role in leading the ESIS team, he is also involved in hands-on consultancy works such as conducting ergonomics assessment, workplace safety and health audits, industrial hygiene monitoring, machine guarding assessment and risk management consultancy. One of his key influencing projects was leading the worldwide team in development of the Singapore Workforce Skill Qualification (WSQ) Workplace Safety and Health and Occupational Hygiene Professional Framework. He has also been a leading position in several non- profit Safety and Health organization in Singapore.
Edwin received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technology University (NTU) and achieved a double Master’s degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Technology and Industrial System Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS). And he is currently a PhD candidate in Science and Technology from SIM University in Singapore.
